You can purchase OTC hearing aids through HCS without the need of a hearing exam or prescription. However, if you believe you have more significant hearing loss, you should consider scheduling a hearing exam.

Yes, you can return your hearing aids during the evaluation period.

Yes, all OTC hearing aids offered through HCS include a 1-year limited warranty that covers errors caused by the manufacturer. It does not cover replacement for loss or damage caused by the user.

HCS offers both rechargeable and standard battery-operated OTC hearing aids. All rechargeable hearing aids come with a charger that connects to the case. Battery-operated devices come with a 6-month supply of batteries.

At this time, hearing aid benefits can only be applied toward the purchase of prescription hearing aids. However, all OTC hearing aid models offered through HCS are extended to members of our contracted health plan partners at discounted pricing.
