We value your health above all else. HCS is working to do our part to protect the well-being of our patients, health plan partners, providers and employees as we learn more about COVID-19.
COVID-19 is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. Therefore, HCS has suspended all domestic and international travel and participation in all upcoming conferences, member events and health fairs.
If you have an appointment through HCS and have been exposed to COVID-19, or are experiencing a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or flu-like symptoms, we ask that you allow us to reschedule your appointment.
Due to the current circumstances, some offices have elected to temporarily close and reschedule their upcoming appointments. We are notifying patients that are affected by these closures as soon as we confirm this information. We also encourage patients to contact HCS prior to their appointment. This will allow us to provide the most up to date information regarding your appointment.
If you would simply prefer to move your appointment to a later date, please reach out to the HCS Customer Care Team at 866-344-7756 and we would be happy to reschedule your appointment. We are available 8AM-8PM EST, Monday- Friday.
We encourage you to utilize the following preventative measures, as recommended by the CDC, to help contain the spread of COVID-19:
-Clean your hands often
-Avoid close contact
-Stay home if you’re sick
-Cover coughs and sneezes
-Wear a facemask if you are sick
-Clean and disinfect
